As a family member, I am very dissatisfied with the care at this facility. A large number of CNAs here do not appear to be doing the job they are being paid to do. Basic responsibilities such as taking vital signs, answering call lights, and being present to care for residents are too often ignored. It is common to see some CNAs only show up around lunch or dinner, then disappear, and some show up at the end of their shift. I just wanted to take a moment to share how grateful my family and I are for the amazing care at Golden Hill Post Acute Care. My grandma is currently recovering there, and the staff has been absolutely fantastic. From the nurses to the support team, everyone has been kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to making sure she is comfortable and well cared for. Golden Hill Post Acute Care Facility is a wonderful place for a loved one. The facility is always clean, organized, and welcoming, which makes a big difference in comfort and peace of mind. What stands out the most is the staff—they are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly care about each resident. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure people feel safe, respected, and well cared for. Overall, it’s a great facility with an amazing team.
THE CNA ARE VERY LAZY IN THERE. THEY DON'T HELP THE PATIENTS. PATIENTS CALL FOR HELP AND THE CNAS JUST WALK PASS AND DON'T HELP. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CALL TO GET HELP FOR MY HUSBAND. THEY ARE RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I'M SO GLAD MY HUSBAND IS AT HOME. CNAS WERE ALSO TAKING MY HUSBAND SNACKS SODAS AND BRAND NEW SHIRTS. THAT PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN 🤬🤬
