This place was excellent especially Jim (RN) except for tall black c n a was rude my bed wasn't changed from 5:00am-11:00pm every day I signed out AMA?
My brother Robert Davis was here for a month. He was extremely weak, fragile and downright grumpy at times!! But I have to say the staff here was always super considerate, kind and had a lot of patience with him the whole time he was there. Thank you Golden Hills for helping my brother recover and go back home!
Never took proper care of my mother when she called for help. Went to go pick up her things and my $40 iPhone charger was missing. SHAME.
I am a current patient. I do not recommend this place. Getting a cna to answer call light takes 1/2 hour or so then says I’ll be right back and doesn’t come back. I’m left laying in my urine and BM for a long time. Longest time was 4 hours and had Areas of acid burn from urine and diarrhea Today I waited only 2 1/2 hours and of course continuing burning my inside thigh, butt, along my lady parts. Thank god I’ll be leaving in a week or two.
My mom is here now, she broke her hip and was admitted for physical therapy and recovery. The facility itself was just renovated so everything is clean and new, the staff is very kind and supportive. The two major issues however is that they are horribly understaffed! If you are not advocating for your loved one, they will just be left in bed. The bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible, so tell me how they were able to open a rehabilitation center without wheelchair accessible bathrooms. We’re trying to get her out of here ... read more
