I would not give a single star if I had the option. The nurses never answer the phone. The receptionist, Ines, is very kind and always tries to help by transferring calls, but the nursing station never answers. This facility does not seem to prioritize patient care. Every time patients have doctor's appointments, it feels like no one at the facility knows what is going on with their care. I do not recommend this center. My loved one was here to recover and received occupational support to regain the ability to do everyday tasks. Often times, the call button would go over an hour unanswered and would only done so if a family member contacted the front desk. Even then, the response from the front was unhelpful. Food would arrive cold or inconsistently. And my bed-bound family member, who had no ability to walk or move their limbs, would be left for long periods of time in their own waste. Nice clean place.
I visited my boyfriend there and they great me with respect they were very nice they were very attentive to him and his needs I feel he’s in a safe environment and I hope he continues to get the proper healing he deserves
It was great everyone was very nice, courteous, and helpful and the Receptionist was EXCEPTIONALLY nice and helpful THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!!!
