Dealing with the rude management for 3 years now. Takes forever for things to be fixed, building manager has yelled at my guests inappropriately, parking is terrible, the list goes on. The only good thing about this place is the price and to new renters they are jacking it up so thats not even a pro. Laundry is expensive and does a poor job cleaning clothes. If I could move now, I would.
Elevator has been broken for months! There’s EXTREMELY limited parking and the closest legal parking is the park down the street about a 5 minute walk. If you have visitors you will have to pick them up down the street, they can not park on the premises. UPDATE: Washing machine has been flooded for over 2 weeks! The laundry room stinks and it is unsanitary. Maintenance won’t fix.
