After nearly two years I got in! Fran made the process simple and direct. New carpet, vinyl and paint. Super quiet. Grounds are like a park. So happy to be here.
This is a 55+ community. My mother in law lives here and so I often take my 6 year old here to visit her grandma. The place is clean and maintained. The people are always very nice to my daughter. The rent is according to what your make so people on a fixed income can live fairly comfortably.
What a charming and well tended home for seniors. Fran is an amazing, capable and caring manager, and her husband, Javier, is a master gardener. The rose gardens are amazing.
