I can not express in words how amazing everyone is here at Golden Glades. I was in a car accident and had to have my car towed here. I called and spoke with Elizabeth from the scene of the accident. Not only was she super helpful and informative, she was sweet, kind and calming in what was a terrible situation for me. She called and checked on me a few times while I waited for my tow truck. Genuinely can’t recommend this place enough— not only are they quick, efficient and fair but you can tell they really care about providing their customers with the best quality service. I ordered the wrong part for my car and Eddie quickly fixed the issue for me + had the problem resolved and the job completed within 24 hours. I’ll come to them for as long as i’m in Miami!
BEST BODY SHOP IN ALL OF MIAMI! Eddie and his team gave me a brand new car! The front of my car was damaged from an accident, and they replaced the entire front of my car as if it never happened. Eddie kept me updated through the entire process with anything from timing, ordering parts, insurance, and every little thing. He over-communicated which is rare today and so appreciated. Will recommend over any shop in the area!

I usually don’t like going to body shops because many of them make small problems seem bigger than they are. But Eddie and his team at Golden Glades Collision were great. I went in for a small repair, and they fixed it quickly and did an amazing job—it actually looked better than before. They were also super friendly and helpful. From now on, this is the only body shop I’ll go to in Miami!
