I have lived here for 2 years. Overall, the place is generally quiet and most of the folks who live here know one another; it has all the feels of a small town community, albeit in E. Tacoma. Maintenance man is prompt and seems to know a thing or two about maintenance. Ally, the property manager is BY FAR the best property manager I have ever seen (experienced 6 over 4 years). It’s a very nice quiet place for me and my family to live! The complexes are kept very clean and is in general a friendly community that makes you feel safe. The manager is so sweet very welcoming when you walk in the door always smiling and I feel that If I ever had an issue she is going to have it handled !
