had a hard time scheduling. agents are unfriendly. if there is a zero rating i would give them that. not the right way to connect to patients .will look for someone else to take care of my medical needs. pure garbage
My call was eventually answered, I said hello, and I was IMMEDIATELY left on hold, three times in a row, for a total of 17 minutes, 26 minutes, and 28 minutes. Their customer service is pure garbage. If you are calling because you need a urologist you may want to look elsewhere. If it is this difficult just to get them on the phone, imagine how tough any actual business might be. I eventually gave up and asked my PCP to refer me to a completely different company.
