It's in your best interest to avoid dealing with them if you can manage. Property management companies do NOT have your best interests in mind. This isn't really a surprise, but it doesn't take away from the fact that they tried to nickel and dime us when it came time to move out. They also are a very small operation and the burden of that inconvenience lands on the tenants. You pretty much have to get the house to model home status if you want your security deposit back.
