⭐️ 1 Star – Absolutely Terrible Experience Do not do business with Blue Compass RV in Concord. This company is a complete nightmare to deal with. My family purchased a camper over 8 months ago, and we were told the title would be mailed to us once it came in. It’s been eight months, and we still don’t have a title. When we call to ask about it or say we want to return the camper, we’re told, “We don’t take campers back.” Excuse me? You can’t legally sell a camper without a title! We had a wonderful experience with Blue Compass. We were taken care of each step of the way. Taylor was fantastic and showed us exactly what we were looking for. The finance process was smooth. Everything was communicated well and we weren’t left with any surprises. The walk through with Kevin was great, so informative as he took his time explaining everything about our new RV. They even deliver and set up the RV for free with purchase. We would definitely recommend Blue Compass!

I am astounded. Looking at a 2026 newmar Dutch Star for well over $500,000 they have in stock and they don't even follow up. Evidently they work multiple shifts with another team and if you don't call them on Monday and Tuesday then you don't hear back from them for like three more days and then to top that off they don't even return your phone calls or follow up on your interest in buying something that expensive.
