Dr. Ngo is the kindest optometrist I’ve ever met. I get nervous at any doctor appointment but she made me feel comfortable, along with the rest of the staff. Dr. Ngo was able to figure out an eye issue I had that was never once tested for at any other optometrist I’ve been to. Now I have the special lenses that I need. They also have an awesome selection of frames!
Dr. Ngo was very kind and knowledgeable when my wife and I came to get a routine eye exam. She suggested the lenses we should get due to my wife and I spending 8+ hours a day in front of computer screens at work and even identified certain issues with our vision that our previous optometrists did not identify. Highly recommend!
I have been seeing (pun intended) this office, specifically Dr. Ngo for 3 years now and have always been satisfied. The entire staff is friendly and efficient. They remember my child's name and ask after him. I am truly saddened to hear they'll no longer accept my insurance next year.
