Steer clear of this place! Currently I'm dealing with what seems to be them scamming my workplace after purchasing a bartacker. First, they did a last minute switch and sent us another machine that was"just as good”. It turns out that they don't actually sell this model on their site. Three years ago I purchased a brand new sewing machine from this David. It came without assembling instructions. I sent several emails, I called them, they promissed to send the manual to assemble it. It never came. Once you pay for it, forget about your money!
Please don't shop here!!!!!! BE AWARE!!!! Words can't express how disappointed I am with this business. I spent more than 6k for 3 brand new machines here and 2 of the machines constantly having issues that a brand new machine shouldn't have. They also over charged me and after countless phone calls they said their sale department already issued the refund. Nothing!
