Very bad company. Terrible customer service. Sent the wrong part and then tried to tell me is was right. Stopped answering emails.
10/10 service went to buy bobbins and thread, and ended up buying a button press too. The guys there were incredibly kind and it was Persian new years and they showed me into their culture by gifting me walnuts and a $2 bill for good luck! Will only go here for all my sewing goods from now on.
David from Goldstar is the man! I just purchased my second sewing machine from this company. Always good prices and personal service which I appreciate! This is my go to place for great sewing machines. I purchased two industrial machines but am thinking about getting my son his first sewing machine from here because they also have machines for beginners. David helped me and had good quick service
Steer clear of this place! Currently I'm dealing with what seems to be them scamming my workplace after purchasing a bartacker. First, they did a last minute switch and sent us another machine that was"just as good”. It turns out that they don't actually sell this model on their site. The machine is defective and has failed to work after very light use. They have been very difficult to communicate with and don't seem interested in resolving the issue. Please don't shop here!!!!!! BE AWARE!!!! Words can't express how disappointed I am with this business. I spent more than 6k for 3 brand new machines here and 2 of the machines constantly having issues that a brand new machine shouldn't have. They also over charged me and after countless phone calls they said their sale department already issued the refund. Nothing!
