I love the service here. So nice and so knowledgeable. And they even gave me a free tutorial because I was setting grommets incorrectly!!
Horrible company! Do NOT buy!!! I could go on a long rant, but save yourself the trouble and get your products from Walmart or Amazon for a lot less.
I bought the rivet press specifically to use with leather, based on the company's video that claims that it could punch clean holes and install rivets easily. In reality, the hole punch die doesn’t even punch through leather. I've tried different types and thicknesses, applied significant pressure, and followed all instructions — nothing works. The worst company, customer service rude, l just bought the belt and in one hour working just broke, they don't want to replace the belt, the Spanish lady rude and taking care about the owners money instead the customer service
