Golden Comfort AC & Heating Repair was fantastic. We called a week or so ago and they came out yesterday. Our technician was very patient, answered all my questions, and completed his work efficiently. I highly recommend them.
Mr. Garcia from Golden Comfort AC & Heating Repair was an absolute lifesaver. Our AC stopped blowing cold air around 5pm on Sunday. Almost every HVAC company was closed or booked until the next day, but he took time out of his busy schedule to squeeze us in. One capacitor later and our AC was blowing cold air again in under 30 minutes! Shoutout to RJ as well for helping us get in touch with such an amazing technician.
The technicians from Golden Comfort AC & Heating Repair have always been friendly. They listen to my concerns, and I get updates when they’re expected to arrive, which is very helpful since I work. I feel comfortable leaving them to do their job, and I’ve been a happy customer for many years.
I made a call late in the day and they were still able to get a technician to come out around 7:30pm. He worked promptly, fixed a wiring issue with the thermostat, and even offered a free unit cleaning in hopes it would help. He also assured me that if the breaker tripped again within 30 days, they’d come back at no charge. Overall, great service and great customer care from Golden Comfort AC & Heating Repair
I called Golden Comfort AC & Heating Repair on a Sunday and they answered! I had an appointment the next day and they kept in touch via text. They arrived when promised, explained everything in full detail, and were so polite and understanding. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received definitely a five-star company!
