I came in by myself to look at an engagement ring for my now wife and they were so patient and friendly! I couldn't decide so I finally popped the question a temporary ring (that Golden Classic cleaned up for me) and then came with my wife. Once again, nothing but patient and helpful. Buying jewelry should be a joyful experience - Tim and the staff at Golden Classics more than deliver in providing an amazing selection and spectacular service. Despite being a newer customer, I already feel like family when I walk through the door. My fiancé and I found an engagement ring and wedding bands that we'll cherish forever and we'll gladly go out of our way to come back for more.
Every time I visit, I'm warmly welcomed by the available staff. Sometimes the staff is helping others but the wait is always minimal. Of course, I don't expect anybody to interrupt their service of another, just to greet me, because I know I will receive the same excellent attention when my time comes. These folks are like family!
