John was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Give that gentleman a promotion!!! He literally took the time to explain everything as well as pointing out things I didn’t even notice! He explained each chemical he was using and what they were for. He also told me if I needed him to come back out he wouldn’t mind because he was always in our area of town. He was so sweet and he went beyond and out to make sure I was satisfied after the service was complete. I told him I wanted it to be him specifically every time we get serviced!!!
I cannot say enough good things about this company. Every employee is helpful and kind. They do the job and they do it correctly. We use them for pest control, moisture barrier installation/maintenance, and dehumidifier installation/maintenance. If you’re looking for a service that they offer, this is the company.
