I had an issue with a Dewalt nail gun I bought from him, which had an adjustment knob jamming. He exchanged it for me with no fuss no muss. He also offered to exchange for a different model when I realized that I shoudl have gotten the 16 Ga unit instead of 18 Ga. This is the best customer service I have run into in quite a while. I've already recommended him to a friend.
