I can't brag enough on the lady working the front counter, I didn't get her name but I see her all the time and she's so friendly and full of energy. Always doing the work of 3 people with a smile on her face, she is a model employee and if I owned a business I'd have her running it. If you're reading this miss I just wanna say YOU ROCK! You always make my day a little brighter after visiting and I love seeing you there! God bless you!
Come here a lot. Service and quality has only dropped off. Tonight I had to wait 15 minutes to get my food. I can only imagine it was so they could over cook all the food. Paid extra for 2 of the lotta zang sauce, and if i would have recieved them, it would have helped choke this dry chicken down. The biggest mistake is when golden chicken bought this from chicken express. It was so much better! Wylie is so much better!
The wait time for the drive-thru is horrible! I bought a kids meal at 08:01 pm and was told to pull up and wait for my order. They said they would bring it out. There were no other cars behind me. I waited until I saw another car pull up, and get their order and leave. I then pulled back and asked for a refund at 08:19. It was ridiculous to wait this long for JUST a kids meal, and for me to not even get it! They could have at least apologized which they didn't.
