Stopped in to order some tenders today. The Latina woman at the drive-thru was fantastic. She hooked it up with some fresh and pipping hot chicken. That chicken tender was so flavorful and juicy, I don’t think Cane’s can beat this. The icing on the top was the side of gravy. I love the gravy at Chicken Express, but Golden Chicken has them beat. Thanks for a delicious meal today!
It is totally hit or miss. The customer service is great. They don't complain when I walk there with my dog. And allow him to wait inside w me while I wait for my food. And usually don't hesitate to give me a small bowl for water for him. I like this location as it is like 5mins walk from home. But, I don't know if they have one chef or cook or what's going on back there. Bc the food quality is a total hit or miss. It can be so great some days. I ordered a chicken sandwich online to pick up on mothers days,they were closed for some reason, I have not received my refund yet
FOOD WAS COLD ALSO HAD MISSING ITEMS , TRIED TO ASK IF THEY CAN SEND OVER MY MISSING ITEMS AND THEY DID NOT OFFER THAT HELP , VERY DRY AND BLAND
First word. Consistency, one of my favorite places to visit for lunch! That 6$ Meal deal is HOT & READY!!! One day the oven was broken I waited 10 extra minutes and had the BEST FOOD! Customer service is A1 as always.
