Hats off to the servers here, because they have to put up with a lot of rude people. The food is great, and the service is quick and courteous. I can't remember if I've seen the black cherry limeade at other locations or it is a new thing, but it is so good!
Food was fresh and tasted good. I waited about 15 minutes for my order, which wasn’t too bad. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall experience was good. Service could have been better, though. One thing that stood out was that the cashier’s hat looked very dirty and unprofessional, which took away from the experience. With a little more attention to cleanliness and appearance, this location could easily earn 5 stars.
I once did an online order of Mac and cheese and when I reached the store was instantly informed a mistake had been made and were currently out of the dish yet were eager to make it right. I was impressed with their kindness and attention to swiftly resolve the matter.
