If you are a non-smoker, be aware that residents are permitted smoking on their patio, which directly adjoins another unit. You have no control over their fumes, unless, according to the office manager, you can build a barrier at your own expense. You pay to block someone else's smoking habit.

Management is very poor and I would not recommend placing a loved one in this facility. I worked here for a while, and the facility itself is very nice, but the staff is very unprofessional and the turnover rate for employees is very high. They also do not offer benefits to employees, so if you're thinking about working here you may want to think again. They also do not offer their residents activities compared to what other facilities have to offer. I would not place a loved one here.

A staff name MARIBEL BRIZUELA is so rude and no heart for old people, she has a dirty mouth. Never bring your parent in this facility.

I was looking for a home for my mother in the Hendersonville area, we looked at many different homes. I have to say from the moment we walked in the door at Henderson's we felt as if we were at home. All the staff and residents were friendly. It is not a newer building but still cozy and nice. You could tell the staff really cared about the residents.
