Nicole is good at braids with all types of age groups hair. She is very professional and do her with heart. She treats everyone with respect.
This lady is so unprofessional! I asked her ahead of time about my appointment time and date like a week, the day before I text her to confirm and she read the text and never responded. This would have been my 2nd time getting my hair braided. Her work is nice but her SISTER does better braids. My first booking with her before a big trip she cancelled then when I told her I needed the service she gave me a late evening time and had her sister do my hair. I literally had the worst experience here. I received box boho braids. Which was half did rushed and the curly parts is already coming out on Day 2– it was more hair that came out from what the picture shows I threw the rest in trash already, but I had an appointment a she was late. She didn’t even greet me. Just the nastiest attitude. It was a misunderstanding somewhere with her knowing my appointment time but I had an appointment booked so I’m not sure how she thought that. Ms. Alex aka golden is awesome. I referred my coworker and she loves the way she is a perfectionist. You guys are missing out on this hidden gem. She not only styles but will wash your hair and condition as well. Wash your hair ladies when you take down your style; you will see a difference with your hair!!!!!
