Good therapist, but not enough personnel, sometimes receptionist helped with the therapy, no interest from team to create rapport with patient, sometimes just one therapist for up to 3 people, one as patient didn’t know what to do next, after finishing one exercise, because the only therapist was busy with the other two patients, again total lack of customer service or human interaction.
