Shout-out to Golden Bear Heating & Air for stopping by our house to check our AC unit as it was not cooling down the house on this very hot day. Had an issue with my AC not blowing cold air. Got one quote from one company and was told my AC compressor was no good! I was referred to Tk from Golden Bear Heating & Air. Tk was able to get a technician out to my house the next day! The next day the technician showed up and was able to diagnose the problem within 10min! Tamim's technician came in to repair an a/c after entire issue was discussed over the phone. The technician diagnosed the issue might be resolved by a hard start kit but he didn't have it, so he had to come back. Golden bear charged me for both visits because their technician was not carrying a very common part ($100 each visit instead of $140). After two visits, the technician said a/c cannot be repaired and should be replaced for which I was given a quote of ~$9k. I asked my old a/c technician for another replacement quote... read more

Very happy with this company and highly recommend. TK the owner is super, responsive, no hard sell, and his crew of Pablo and Francisco and others did a fabulous job installing a new furnace and AC. Very professional, on time, good clean up during and after, courteous and respectful. Price was very fair. I carefully chose this company after acquiring 4 other bids. Highly recommend.
