They stained and redid a bunch of our floors and did an excellent job. Communication was great, the crew was very professional, and the pricing was reasonable.

Not friendly at all. I spoke to Steven over the phone, simply wanting to ask about the cost of a service visit, inspection, and a quote. However, he abruptly hung up on me, seemingly because I don't sound American.

They were responsive, followed through on details, and performed an excellent job replacing our hardwood floors. The finished floors looked marvelous. When standing barefoot on, the new floors feel solid, warm and comfortable. Thank you
