***** explained everything to us step by step during our initial interview for the seismic retrofit of our house. He was very professional and knowledgeable and courteous. He basically took care of all of the steps which needed to be done with the California Brace and *********** which covered the majority of the cost of the retrofit. The workers who did the job were courteous and worked very hard. Basically they took care of the entire job including the paperwork.
