Editing our review, as our family has JUST renewed for another two year lease with the Owner and this company! A very special "Thank you" to Juli here at Golden for all her hard work and back and forth with the communication and to make this happen. We cannot thank Golden Assets, Juli and of course, the Owner of the beautiful home that our family will continue to stay in, enough for everything and all they do!

Worst place you can rent from they raised my rent 75 dollars I’ve been telling them the ice maker doesn’t work since I moved in they told me that wasn’t important the garage has Brocken 4 times since I’ve been here the water heater went out and flooded a room and smells horrible and they told me I need to get someone to clean up cause they don’t want a claim on the insurance now they just told me I owe 400 dollars in I don’t know what additional to my rent since March of 2020 don’t you think every time I go pay my rent they ... read more
