Filthy apartments...alot of drug use especially on #404 sad but true..bed bugs and roaches have been seen. Someone call the health department on this place it's just full of old people that do drugs. You can smell narcotics through the whole building..if people live here for free they need to start giving drug tests to all tenants.
Beware bed bug issues . For more than 5 years.
