Prices ridiculous on top of they give a time to pickup always over the pickup days given to receive pieces . Customer service sucks they don’t give anything for you having to wait longer for your pieces just a sorry after you spend all this money. They want even give you a deal after years of business just a laugh and I know. Go where your money and time is appreciated.
TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR JEWELRY IF YOU GETTING IT FIXED HERE!!!! I took my gold rope necklace to get a tact weld at the end where it was broken and the owner replaced my clasp with a different one!! He charged me $48.56 just for that. After I kindly asked him to put it back, he called me a liar and told me to call the police. So I did, and now I'm here waiting for them to come. Unbelieveable!!!
Trying to check the status of an order that’s been paid in full is impossible. They don’t answer their phones. Been calling them for the last 3 days, yet answer.🤦🏾♂️
