I told practicing nurse Ms. Tao that I have fistula and can she make a referral for me, she refused that, told me it’s a normal boil and prescribe me $58 medicine. Today my General Surgeon confirmed it’s fistula, need surgery and I’m waiting for MRI now. She is unprofessional.

As someone who values quality healthcare and professionalism, I must strongly advise against engaging with the practice nurse at this clinic. My recent experience left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the standards of care provided.
Bad behaviour, rude and they’re raciest. They clearly said us no to attend patient when he was in such severe pain the front lady said to go and see other doctor. This place should close and sued. They’re not doctors.
