Do NOT be fooled by the good reviews, which look highly questionable to me. Golden Age Care was cited by the city in 2019 for numerous health code violations. The constant LOUD noises, TERRIBLE smells, ANNOYING vibrations from heavy traffic and elsewhere, and HORRENDOUS overall living conditions make this dirty dump seem more like a third world prison than an old folks' home. It is extremely obvious that the good reviews were posted by the owner because they make the same fake points. And Daniel, you might want to rethink your misuse of the word "slander" (in more ways than one) when referencing the truthful bad reviews. This garbage dump has a nasty, inept staff; is vastly overpriced, under-equipped, and dirty; and has a dangerous driveway (they even had to install a traffic light on it). Excellent care, attentive, and loving. To previous posters attempting to slander this wonderful facility prices are set by the state so the owners have nothing to do with the pricing. Next time try leaving some actual feedback instead of a slew of negativity. Wonderful atmosphere, great staff, wouldnt send my loved ones anywhere else!
It's rare to see such a pleasant staff that you see here at Golden Age Care.. the staff is so warm and welcoming and you can feel the care and love that they give to your loved ones. They have various options of entertainment: concerts, brain games, a library, watching tv, billiards, the list can go on forever!
