Got my septum pierced here and it was such a lovely experience. My piercer, Jackie, handled me with the utmost care and attention. She answered all of my questions and made sure I left in great shape! The piercing healed perfectly and I would happily go back for another/recommend the shop to a friend!
Went in for a jewelry change. The sales associate was patient and kind, but the person who changed my earrings was very rough and ended up further irritating my already sensitive piercings. For a $15 installation fee, I expected a much more careful and gentle experience. I won’t be returning.
I went to purchase a belly button ring. A young lady assisted me and pretended to be an expert when she knew nothing at all. The ring was painful in my belly and I asked to exchange, she said I wasn’t allowed to take the jewelry out of my body in the lobby and also said it was final sale which she didn’t disclaim before I purchased (the belly button ring was $34) I didn’t even spend that on the piercing itself. I talked to the manager who kindly gave a refund but I would never come back here again.
Golden Age piercing is awesome! Great customer service and knowledgeable. I came to change jewelry for myself and my daughter and Trevor was so gentle and patient. I thought my old room piercing closed and he was so kind to check that it wasn’t closed! Also pick out a cute gold hoop to put on. He and everyone was so nice. Just good vibes all around
