This rating is long overdue. I came here in January to get my ears re-pierced. I had my lobes pierced for 6 months when I was 8 which, I'm shocked to realize, was 25 years ago. Turns out, the holes were still open. Who knew?! So, I got some kick @$$ service and high quality studs since I'm super sensitive to certain metals. Wonderful experience today getting jewelry replaced with Andy, who was professional, kind, quick, and friendly. All employees are lovely and the jewelry is beautiful.
We actually saw them on Tik Tok and made an appointment for my 16 year old daughter. Staff was very attentive and very helpful. Provided a lot of aftercare knowledge and prices are definitely very reasonable. Much better experience than at the mall.
I walked in to get my conch piercing changed, and I’m so glad I did! The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They had a huge selection of beautiful jewelry to choose from, and everything was handled professionally and quickly. Highly recommend!
5 stars doesn’t do them justice! The basics: easy parking, clean and cute space, extensive jewelry selection at various price ranges, minimal wait times, thorough explanations during piercing and aftercare, friendly staff.
