Trust all the reviews that you’ve read on Google about this property. Is roach infested. The management and the maintenance staff work at their own hours and do not offer assistance. So many other properties to choose from an area please do not waste your time and energy on this one. This property management company is highly unethical and is not even owned by an honest individual.
The apartment is trash. The office doesn't fix anything around the apartment. My friend 4 wheels got stolen and the manager did not help at all. If you are looking for a quiet place for you and your family that is not the right place look elsewhere don't let them fool you. If I could choose 0 star would.
False Advertising and Unethical Leasing Practices I had a very disappointing experience with Millenia West Apartments in Orlando. They are currently advertising a “3-2-1 SPECIAL” ($300 off the first month, $200 off the second, and $100 off the third) on multiple rental websites, including Apartments.com and ForRent.com. Staying with a friend. These apartments are roach infested. I've Never seen roaches this bad in my life. These are Not tree bugs either, these are the bad ones that are very hard to get ride of. So not worth the price Update: 6/18/25 back for a visit, the hot water heater is falling thru the floor. This complex deserves zero star, if you are in dire need and this place is on your last resort list take it find somewhere else. Poor management, roaches, leaks from other buildings to theft this is all you will encounter at this complex.
