False Advertising and Unethical Leasing Practices I had a very disappointing experience with Millenia West Apartments in Orlando. They are currently advertising a “3-2-1 SPECIAL” ($300 off the first month, $200 off the second, and $100 off the third) on multiple rental websites, including Apartments.com and ForRent.com. Staying with a friend. These apartments are roach infested. I've Never seen roaches this bad in my life. These are Not tree bugs either, these are the bad ones that are very hard to get ride of. This complex deserves zero star, if you are in dire need and this place is on your last resort list take it find somewhere else. Poor management, roaches, leaks from other buildings to theft this is all you will encounter at this complex.
