Scammers, liars and thieves. They will charge you upfront an application fee and administration fee, then if your application doesn't get approved they won’t give you the admin fee back that was promised to you. Avoid this place at all costs, hopefully The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Orange County shut them down.
Worst place ever. I've been living here for a year. The building has never been cleaned. The building is infected by roaches and rats, just trapped 3 in a month. Gate has never been close I. A year. The management should. Now. WARNING, WARNING, WARNING After 2 months, I moved out, I haven't received the deposit check refund. It's smells like fraudulent. Office lies as usual. Delinquent
The initial meet and greet was chaotic I wasn't even given a tour to see the apartment I was told it was a $55 application fee and $200 to hold the apartment when they finally got me qualified, they changed the policy on me. They won't prorate the current month, but will prorate the following month. Then the $200 is now an admin fee, and not going towards the apartment move in costs!! This is a complete scam!! Corporate needs to be notified!!
