Great coffee and super service
Wow!!! This place is an oasis in downtown SD. Me and my daughter happened upon this coffee shop on a Saturday afternoon before attending a magic show at Balboa Theatre. Loved the vibe, hipster without the pretentiousness. Lux decor while being cozy and inviting. Comfortable seating, lots of great natural light and impeccably clean restroom. And, THE COFFEE!!! Goldchild Coffee Roasters in downtown San Diego is one of the best spots for coffee that I’ve recently stumbled upon. I actually found this place when doing research for top-tier cold brew in San Diego county. It’s a chic, cozy, and not overly-pretentious coffee spot on Broadway in downtown that really embraces a black, gold, and deep blue color scheme.
