Very bad experience with this company, customer service is close to none, I think this company will have to change their mind set if they want to succeed in the US. I will suggest to just go with an American company which is more transparent, good customer service and automate service instead of relying on someone to decide to respond to your emails to complete a reservation.
Pick up bus comes every 15-20mins. Drivers just sit and hide in parking lot. Horrible service, I suggest parking any where else but H

Car was fine and there were no hiccups EXCEPT that they did not previously include any information on the hidden 300+USD security deposit which they brought up at the very end, once I had paid for the car-rental and insurance. To make it seem as though it was fine, they had the gaule to say that within 2 days I would be reimbursed. It has been 11 days and I still have not gotten my money back.
