Very unprofessional. Little client communication, if any. They keep almost all of the money. Lazy, incompetent (in my opinion) attorneys. I sincerely doubt that the positive comments are authenic. Ask for references that you can personally verify. IMHO, RUN!!!! as far away from this shoddy outfit as quickly as possible. IMHO, you (almost anyone) would come out ahead by negotiating with the insurance firm themselves. Save yourself the grief.
