Do not move to pine ridge apartments. I’ve lived here 3 years where in the beginning I had no problems, maintenance was on top of issues and the property was kept up. Now my maintenance requests sit for WEEKS and I’m having to contact the property manager to have them addressed. Which still never happens promptly. The property is filthy, as staff doesn’t clean regularly nor do they update the buildings at all with paint or new carpet. Most of the maintenance team is uneducated in this area of work and only do patch work jobs... read more
As of today just in my building alone, I personally had to call the emergency maintenance team to fix the lighting in all three elevators, our indoor pool is close due to renovations, the outdoor pool is closed due to understaffing, and only two elevators are actually functional. There’s currently a heatwave going on in Ohio… Staying in the penthouse, paying astronomical prices for subpar maintenance and upkeep, while still living in below standard/outdated facilities is outrageous. Don’t move to liberty hill in Solon. Management is useless and the area is filled with loud and inconsiderate people. Liter and trash all over the place. Everything is outdated. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Reading these comments and I must say I am so disappointed as a veteran to have moved into goldberg properties and after paying 3200$ to move in and then taken to court over late rent. Came up with the money and fees in less than 2 weeks only to be told they cant accept them as they held the money orders until the first of the next month and added more fees on. One thing im going to do is keep reciepts and emails an error was made on thier end trying to kick me out with kids 2 weeks before xmas after I paid over 4k tuhhh wat... read more
Me and my son attened liberty hill apartments in june now i fell.behind on rent and now owe a balance i told them i will.pay and get caught up now a baliff is coming to put me and my son out and i told them i got 1400 this week and ill pay the reminder balance next fri they told me no i gotta pay full payment. No notice or warning they email me. Crazy i would have been caught up on everything next week
