told one thing, received another. told i wouldn’t get charged the move out date, but only the date of my lease ends. $300 extra to pay for a few days. i wish i had known because i would not have stayed that long. onto another property with newer and bigger kitchens, living room setups, and not as expensive for a very basic living dwelling. awful!

I decided to write this review hoping it will get the attention needed to rectify my problem. On 3/2/26, I received an email offering the lease renewal options. I replied indicating I wanted the option for 13 months. I received a response email on 3/14/26 thanking me for selecting a renewal proposal. The email went on to say they would create a lease for me to sign electronically and would notify me via email when it was ready. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointed in the treatment I received from Julia, and the VP of residential who I was told by Julia are refusing to speak to me. Also disappointed that Liberty Hill would invade my privacy and notify the public form of my account status.

There are way too many residents with too many animals in their apartment. Allowing two is too many especially in an apartment complex. Do the owners of the dangerous breeds have insurance? "Restricted Breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier or any mix thereof." This is from your website.
