She is great, very understanding and compassionate, for her patience. The staff is great, very helpful with any questions that you have and if they do not know or not familiar, they will find the answers for you.

I absolutely love this facility and the care that I receive kudos to nurse Sarah M. For her compassion and concern on our phone call. I feel as though this staff goes above and beyond to really listen and can't find the best route to bring your ease. The lab technician is gentle. All staff is very polite and welcoming. Very clean environment.
Compassion is so important when caring for a lupus patient. My wife has Lupus and Dr James is the GOLD Standard in my opinion. My wife and I really appreciate the care and compassion she has shown!
