“I had a very disappointing experience just trying to book a laser treatment. The staff member on the phone was extremely rude, and unprofessional. Instead of explaining the procedure or answering my questions properly, they sounded annoyed and rushed the entire conversation. First impressions matter, and this interaction completely turned me off from booking any appointment here. If this is how customers are treated on a simple phone call, I can’t imagine the service in person. Very unprofessional.”
I would not feel comfortable getting laser treatments in a place that also does hair coloring. It feels unsanitary and unprofessional for this type of service. It also made me question whether proper licensing and hygiene standards are in place.
