Dr.Patel and his wife are heaven sent. I wouldn’t recommend any other family to help mine. 10/10
It's not a bad place. They're friendly. However, friendly doesn't make up for the fact that my time was not valued. My daughter, as a patient, was not valued. I'm disappointed, because we were told how amazing he was. I had to wait 2 hours on telehealth. Another time, over half an hour, just for the appointment to be canceled on their end. I am a busy mom. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and do not pressure you into any decisions!
This clinic used to be my first choice for pediatric care; I previously gave you a five-star rating and have referred many friends and family members over the years. However, my recent experiences have forced me to reconsider that recommendation. While we originally joined the practice to see Dr. Patel, we have been seen exclusively by Nurse Practitioners for the past year and half. My last visit was very rushed and dismissive and received neglected care from a NP.
