We have been with Gold Star for a few years now, and we have never had a negative experience. From the front desk staff to the direct medical providers, the whole staff is friendly, helpful and kind! Dr Patel and the providers respectfully balance providing parents with autonomy over their children’s medical decisions while at the same time, being a wealth of knowledge and guidance for families when issues arise. Been taking my son there for almost a year. They were one of the few taking newborns at the time. To say they inspire little confidence is an understatement. From appointment issues/inconsistencies, to billing issues that they caused, to trying to gaslight us into thinking our son sounding like a 2 pack a day smoker when crying was normal, when he was sick at barely over a month old... every other visit was an issue. This “pediatrician “office was very nice, but when we expressed concern for the first time it was shrugged off and told to wait and see what happens, and whenever we tried calling we could never get ahold of them, To me it seemed like they care more about the money they receive then actually giving care to our child.
My favorite pediatrician office ever! Dr. Patel and his staff are so thorough and take their time, no matter what kind of visit we are there for. I have 5 children with all different needs and have been happy with all of their care here. Sick side is in an entire different building - keeping sick and well completely separate from the each other.
