This was the worst car buying experience, if not the worst sales experience, that I have ever had. After a series of miscommunications that they refused to acknowledge their role at all and then refused to work with us thoughtfully to resolve it. I cannot encourage you more to read every word of the documents they have you sign no matter how fast they try to push you through the process. I purchased a used 2015 Camaro LT from Goldstar Buick GMC dealership in *******, ** a few months ago, January 2019. I brought my car to a mechanic in ******* for a safety inspection after hearing a rattling noise. The mechanics discovered that the car that was sold to me was not safe to drive. They found that the springs have been cut about 4 inches and the only thing that is holding the shocks together is bailing wire and electrical tape. The shocks have absolutely no life. This Dealers has the most absurd policies. I'm in the market for a 2023 Yukon Denali, so I contacted this dealer and I was transferred to a sales guy name *********. After introducing my self and letting him know what I was shopping for he said he was going to look in the system to see if they had any that wasn't reserved. While he was searching for the vehicle he ask me if I live close by or if I was local and after I told him where I live he refused to help me stating " that's the dealer's policy". I bought a used vehicle in 2021. It had approximately 60K miles. ***** one year later it started having issues and they told me it needed a new engine. It only had 74K miles. They ordered an engine but it was on backorder. It took 4 months until it finally came in. I had to rent a car to take my children to and from school in the meantime. The engine plus labor was a little over $11,000. When the engine finally came in, they called us and said it didn't need a new engine! this dealership has taken my wifes and my info, ran a complete credit check then promised me a vehicle that was already sold. they said it was because they are a large dealership an that they can't controll thir inventory. that is not an excuse for a place that sells cars. gold star buick gmc does not get a gold star. NO STAR BUICK GMC should be their name what a terrible way to conduct business.

Unfortunately, per California law, any advertised vehicle has to be made available for sale until it is actually sold. Since we are one of the only dealerships out the not charging a mark-up on vehicle, we have multipe customers inquiring on almost every vehilce that comes in. After running credit on Mr. and Mrs. Gray, another customer arrived at the dealership and purchased the vehicle.
