Horrible customer service going through the drive thru yesterday. We ordered a kids meal & a regular 3 way. When we got to the window the guy working was so rude, order was incorrect. Then when we got the food home it wasn't near as good as it normally is. They forgot the extra cheese we ordered and crackers. Kid had no name tag on to complain on him personally. Don't know if I'll spend my money at this location again.

went out to the Halloween party and on the event it said 4 to 8 well never said anything about first come first serve so we get there a little after 6 and its over decide to stay and eat anyways kids are not eat free they forgot to say also must spend 8 or more on adult meal to get 1 free kids meal then after spending 23 dollars there was told to quite down because they couldn't hear drove thur the restaurant was full and we had a total 6 little kids with us then the woman I think was a manager and she was very rude I will n... read more
I was very surprised today went to drive up. Ordered two coneys and when I went to eat all I got was chili no hot dog at all!!! Not happy!!!
