Here at Gold Star Carpet One we have always held ourselves to a much higher standard than your average company. What are those standards? We strive to make sure that every customer who interacts with us receives the best possible experience. This idea started in 1962, when Robert J. Baecht started his apprentice as a tile setter. Robert began collecting the gold wall tile that was being thrown away. The tile inspired him to begin designing customers' showers with it. Excellent service and pricing. Helped work out details with insurance claim . Responded quickly with whatever we needed. Felt very comfortable about their recommendations. Purchased vinyl plank uni-lock flooring as well as carpet and pad.

Sent my daughter to buy a 20ft roll for the garage. These guys talked her into $400 worth of squares that have to be glued down. I tried to take them back a week later, my daughter lost the invoice but one of the guys spouted off the invoice # from memory. The manager still would not take it back. They took advantage of a young woman. $400 for GLUE DOWN squares when all she needed was $100 roll of carpet for the GARAGE. I do not recommend this place. I went to Lowes and got what I needed for $90.
