Used them two times for my flooring needs, both times was a great experience. The last installation they went out of there way to work me in, because of a planed trip. The installer Jason was awesome, this man is fast even took the time to help me move back some heavy furniture.
Inside staff and sales are great , installers and coordination are an absolute joke No coordination or scheduling , poor communication and follow through
We had a very good experience with Gold Star Carpet in Denison. We found a beautiful high quality carpet that was cheaper than any box stores. The installers worked with our schedule and quickly installed the carpet in our den in just a few hours.
Working with Gold Star was a very pleasant experience. Tyler, my salesman, was very helpful and explained many options. Jason, who installed my flooring, did a fabulous job - very careful and professional. I highly recommend Gold Star!!
