Never going back – I went here for probably close to a year. They wasted my time telling me I needed to come back monthly for checkups only to spend less than 5minutes with me and say "how are things going? okay? see you next month!" They just wanted my money. They also called me and I had to reschedule my appointment because Dr. Gold was out of town. Well I rescheduled with a different doctor that same day, and guess what, Dr. Gold was still there. RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL – I have never been to an office where I was treated so rudely! I should have left when I first arrived at the receptionist desk in the office where I was to have my laser treatment done. After having the treatment done on my face and eyes and not being happy with the results, I came back to see if the problems that I was having could be resolved. I'd be dead without second opinion!!!! – In 1999 I went to this big fancy office...found out I had Stage II Melanoma. Biopsy was taken...surgery was done...in office. Nice size tumor was removed. Was sent to reg physician to check rest of my skin and body. Nothing done there...didn't even remove my shirt. left their in tears and went straight to Dr. Gold's office...his sweet nurse (at that time) said he was out of town, so she got another doctor to see me. Botched by the luminary – Went in to get a treatment for hypermigmentation that was supposed to get rid of my discoloration... well it made it worse and looking like a freak of nature.in addditon to letting an lpn do a procedure that needed md supervision. I looked like I had the plague and had to suffer all weekend as there was no one to respond over the weekend. I would NEVER use this office again... Would Not Recommend – Rude employees and poor customer service. Witnessed Dr. Gold shouting at employees outside the laser area. Doesn't seem like a happy environment.
Questionable Expertise – I went to Dr. Gold?s office for Botox and Laser. The Asst who helped me did fine job on Botox. Besides a simple laser procedure to remove small broken capillaries on my face she insisted on doing a laser procedure that I felt was necessary for a Dr to perform based on the potential harmful outcome if done incorrect. I?ve had many consults for this issue and Drs have chosen to not perform it because of harmful risk. Best for Botox and Restylane – These girls know what its all about! GREAT SERVICE!!!!! They are all beautiful and know exactly what you need. The Botox there is the best in town and they are all gentle unlike most places in town!!!
the best in botox and laser treatments! – Dr. Gold has an excellent group of girls working for him at Gold! Amber Kreal is awesome for botox and Sherri Street for laser hair removal. The staff is very helpful and informative.
The Girls here are amazing!! – AA is one of the most extinguished places in Nashville let alone the Greenhills area! The treatments that they offer are unlike anyone else! Dr. Gold has ALL of the latest technology that there is to have! You can go to anyone there and recieve an unbelievable service of any kind! Definetly top notch and very knowledgable!
