Everybody is very excellent and friendly. I love it here. You get to the point fast. Always a good visit.
Positive experience. – The doctors, nurses, and office personnel are all very prompt, professional and make coming to the doctors' a positive experience.
Truly Exceptional Care – I bet those here bitching and complaining have never written a GREAT review before. This is how it's done people - Dr. Gold and his staff have taken care of me and my family for nearly 8 uears now. From a severe acne breakout to my husband getting Botox (shhh, don't tell him I told you), everyone has been helpful in keep my family's skin, and vanity, healthy. Sure, this office is busy. WHNE YOU ARE THE BEST YOU SEE THE MOST PATIENTS. If you grumpy people want to go to someone that can take walk ins, ... read more
very impersonal – Dr. Gold treated me like just another number. I explained to him my problem. He asked no questions, didn't seem to care. He simply came in took a look at my face then walked out., then a nurse came in and explained to me what prescribtions he was writing for me and that is it. It felt more like a drive-thru then anything else. I went back for a second time but still didn't feel comfortable, I felt rushed. I suppose he had to get to his next customer. I would rather see a doctor who will come in and take the... read more
RUDEST DOCTOR THAT EVER LIVED! ARROGANT!!! – NEVER in my entire lifetime have I EVER encountered such a "self absored, shallow doctor"....I waited forever to see him, and then he comes in, SOOOO unfriendly and uncaring and SOOOO full of himself.....then he takes a 5 second glance at my skin and says "go buy my skin care line and have a good day." SERIOUSLY??? And THEN i get charged a FORTUNE? What a scammmmmmm scammmmm scammmm....also, my friend worked there as an esthetician approximately eight years ago and could not BELIE... read more
Do not spend a dime at this awful place! – I have been getting a tatto removed and I had several other minor treatments done over the course of the last year. I developed an allergic reaction to the hydrogel wound dressing. Each time it was used on me it produced a extremely severe rash with large painful blisters, like a third degree burn. After the first time, I asked that it not be used on me again, but I was told the antibiotic ointment caused the problem. They switched ointments, I still got the rash. They used the gel ... read more
I read some bad reviews on city search, but our experience was very good. My friend has no insurance, so they gave her a very generous discount on the exam and some free samples of a lotion that really helped her rash. We had been to another derm and an ER that were unable to diagnose her problem. N.P. Toncey Bridges was very professional and friendly.
Terrible bedside manor, knife-happy doctor – Take my advice and do NOT go to Dr. Gold. I went to see him for a skin cancer check, and he came into the room, marked up my back, and left. He never said one word about what he was doing, and when the nurse came in with a large shot of lidocaine, I asked her what was going on. She said that she needed to inject my back with lidocaine so that Dr. Gold could remove my moles. I asked her how many there were, and she counted 14! Dr. Gold didn't even bother to discuss this with me! Be... read more
