I love how the people that work there must actually think that gold jewelry won’t be magnetic. Pure gold is not magnetic, which everyone knows, but they seem to think that a magnet on a piece of jewelry, especially jewelry below 24 karat, is a way to show it isn’t gold. Just be honest and say you don’t take jewelry that isn’t marked 24 karat. Lady in there is the most disrespectful person I've ever dealt with. If I could them - star I would 1 star is way to high of rating for this place. I don't think you could pay me to go into this place with this lady there. I walked in looking for morgans and 2 young kids came in with some coins I sat for 10 min waiting for service while she helped these young men out as she screamed at them for bringing coins in to see if they were silver.
