Buyer be aware! Purchased bracelet, extremely poor product! Returned 3 times for repair, owner refused to trade, wanted to charge for repair, item less than 1 year old worn less than 10 times! Check online, I wish I would've checked first! Ice.com has better quality, half the price, same merchandise! Buyer Beware of this store/ vendor! Owner doesn't stand behind the items he sales you and that says a lot in the Gold and jewelry business!
I didn't think too much of it
Had a great experience and both of these stores in edgewater mall - they were very helpful each visit and was quick to help me each time. On this visit i brought a wide herringbone necklace
Best prices around. Was out of silver. So I still bought. Had to order and was delivered within 2 weeks at the price i paid on that day. Easy transaction. Great service.
