This is a five star with hesitation. I called Gold Seal and was given an appointment confirmation two days out with a 12:00-6:00 window. Donovan and his apprentice arrived at 4:05. I had a leak in my upstairs shower drain and water was dripping downstairs. Donovan gave me two options, try to repair existing problem or completely changeout drain and attached PVC. Josh with Gold Seal Plumbing has always taken great care of us with all our plumbing needs. He has been quick to respond to our little emergencies and he sticks around to make sure that the job is done right. Price may not be the cheapest in town but he is the only plumber I have had that sticks to his quote even when things don’t work out as planned. Bobby was wonderful! Excellent professional manner and did careful plumbing work over a 2 day period. He listened to our needs and added new plumbing lines in a challenging project. We are very happy with the results and will request his services in the future.

Wow - We are Gold Seal Plumbing customers for life. They were able to squeeze us in the same day when our water heater went out. The service tech, Brian, was kind, informative, and there was NO CHARGE to determine what the problem was! Unbelievable! Thanks, GSP!

I always call Gold Seal... prompt, efficient, fair & polite. Was especially fortunate to have Joey solve my dishwasher issues today. What a wonderful young man. Five stars!!
