Excellent follow-through from our first call to the end of the on-site. We received multiple call-backs to make sure they were sending who needed to come out and confirm the appointment. This started out as what we thought was a 'simple' toilet issue. By the time Steven left, we were able to identify the larger issue [need a septic specialist] without going through unnecessary diagnostics and tests. He went above and beyond expectations.
Friendly and efficient service. Found the problem and fixed it. Definitely was conscious about wearing a mask and shoe covers.
I will never use Gold Seal again. They lie about their service. They booked a time to come and fix my hot water, one week out because of the 4th; then they cancelled the appointment hours before they were scheduled to show. Had to go with another provider and more cold showers. DO NOT trust Gold Shield, they lie.

For my appointment on June 23, 2020, the Gold Seal Plumbing technician [David K.] arrived at my door, gloved-up, masked, and wearing shoe covers. David was friendly and attentive as I described the relatively minor leak that was the main reason for the day’s appointment. We also discussed an upcoming tub and/or shower replacement. The best!!!!! Ryan was competent thorough caring and had no problem with masking as I am a HIGH risk for Covid. We both masked up and agree it’s not a lot of fun but better than getting sick. I’m sooo grateful they care!
