Professional and courteous service by Lonny who practiced good Covid safety measures and very pleasant. He replaced kitchen sink faucet since original one couldn’t be repaired. Would have given 5 star rating if complete faucet assembly didn’t have to be replaced after 2 1/2/years with only cracked sprayer hose the problem; new or old ones wouldn’t re-engage at connection. ****’s flaw not Goldseal’s who we continue to use through the years and trust.
Benjamin should up timely, went above and beyond to address our problem and did a great job. We highly recommend!!

Excellent follow-through from our first call to the end of the on-site. We received multiple call-backs to make sure they were sending who needed to come out and confirm the appointment. This started out as what we thought was a 'simple' toilet issue. By the time Steven left, we were able to identify the larger issue [need a septic specialist] without going through unnecessary diagnostics and tests. He went above and beyond expectations.
Friendly and efficient service. Found the problem and fixed it. Definitely was conscious about wearing a mask and shoe covers.
I will never use Gold Seal again. They lie about their service. They booked a time to come and fix my hot water, one week out because of the 4th; then they cancelled the appointment hours before they were scheduled to show. Had to go with another provider and more cold showers. DO NOT trust Gold Shield, they lie.
