Gee the superintendent at 6 Twenty Fourth street is impressive: I and my husband have resided at 24th Street for over 20 years and I can honestly state that Gee is an excellent superintendent - helpful, conscientious and keeps us informed. Thank you Gee - the oven is repaired however it is an old oven. Back to Gee, Right on top of the issue with Gee and out of the 20 years of superintendents he rates Number 1. I have lived on Brookwell for over 18+ years now and loved every moment of it. There’s a great sense of community here! The staff is in my books are amazing! Repairs are done efficiently. Again the staff here are top tier! With some hesitation I decided to request to have my floors redone in my unit and what I thought was going to be a headache , ended up not only with a beautiful new finished floor but easier than expected with the help of the staff here. On February 29, 2024, we had an issue with the heater, and I contacted maintenance to resolve the problem. It has been almost eight months, and no one has responded. Additionally, Simon Parker, the Property Manager, told me, "I can cannot help anymore" there is someone wants to sue them please let me know we can go to a class action.
I’ve lived in one of there buildings now for about 10 years . Any and every issue I’ve ever came by was addressed. 10/5 stars simon and his colleges are fantastic . I’ve been meaning to leave a review for years now .
