On February 29, 2024, we had an issue with the heater, and I contacted maintenance to resolve the problem. It has been almost eight months, and no one has responded. Additionally, Simon Parker, the Property Manager, told me, "I can cannot help anymore" there is someone wants to sue them please let me know we can go to a class action.
I’ve lived in one of there buildings now for about 10 years . Any and every issue I’ve ever came by was addressed. 10/5 stars simon and his colleges are fantastic . I’ve been meaning to leave a review for years now .
I have lived at Brookwell since 2015 . With my family my kids and I love it here it’s a family oriented neighbourhood . My sons are able to outside and play with alot of kids. I’ve made great friends as well. The workers Shane and Dean get the job done properly work orders for done efficiently. I am extremely impressed with Brookwell apartments. Work orders are done quick and efficient. Staff are usually always smiling unless buzy of coarse. Any concerns are dealt with promptly. The maintenance staff are quick, clean, and have good customer service (shayne and Dean)The cleaners are always cleaning daily and do their best Office staff are so helpful and easy to talk to.
