I have lived on Brookwell for over 18+ years now and loved every moment of it. There’s a great sense of community here! The staff is in my books are amazing! Repairs are done efficiently. Again the staff here are top tier! With some hesitation I decided to request to have my floors redone in my unit and what I thought was going to be a headache , ended up not only with a beautiful new finished floor but easier than expected with the help of the staff here. On February 29, 2024, we had an issue with the heater, and I contacted maintenance to resolve the problem. It has been almost eight months, and no one has responded. Additionally, Simon Parker, the Property Manager, told me, "I can cannot help anymore" there is someone wants to sue them please let me know we can go to a class action.
I’ve lived in one of there buildings now for about 10 years . Any and every issue I’ve ever came by was addressed. 10/5 stars simon and his colleges are fantastic . I’ve been meaning to leave a review for years now .
I have lived at Brookwell since 2015 . With my family my kids and I love it here it’s a family oriented neighbourhood . My sons are able to outside and play with alot of kids. I’ve made great friends as well. The workers Shane and Dean get the job done properly work orders for done efficiently.
