Was having a similar issue as everyone else with cancelation notice that there was a person who stated to email...but that email box is full so my email couldnt be sent....
JUL25 after turning in our form were were informed August would be the last month withdrawn. Employee was nice when he told us this. He also provided us a fake email to email a manager to. This is badly managed. Turned into Corporate seeking advice elsewhere.
Do Not, I repeat, DO NOT sign a contract with this place!!!! They are dishonest!! I originally wanted to sign up for a 1yr contract but when I received the paper work it was for 2years. I mentioned it to my sales person two days later (within the 7 day window) that it should be for 1yr instead of 2.. She reassured me that this would be corrected and not to worry. Needless to say, now I want to cancel and they are saying I owe them for the remaining mths under contract! They are full of $hit!!!!
