I just called to get an appointment for my daughter to get her ears Pierced. The lady I talked to was extremely rude and not helpful. So I will be taking my business else where and deal with someone who is more friendly and accommodating.
My friend was simply asking which local shop offered the best price for gold. Everyone else is capable of doing so without defacing/damaging the piece. You offered no apology. You presented yourself as a pretentious know it all to a person who is also experienced on the topic. We had hoped to find a fair and professional business in Cullman to continually use and recommend. I’ve never had such a poor experience at a jewelry store before. You need to learn how to use a touchstone without defacing a piece of jewelry, my ring now has a large flat spot, and it looks like it was drug across concrete. I had the same ring looked at and tested at two local pawn shops, neither left a noticeable mark. I’ve been buying and selling jewelry for 10 years and never once has anyone done so much damage to a piece. I highly recommend you avoid this place at all cost.
